At Charlotte Russe, we want you to love your look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that final sale items and certain accessories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items securely in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment to ensure faster processing.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online Returns Portal to enter your order number and zip code, then print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
